Goal Tender can be used by anyone, but the features are geared specially for individuals who may have issues with ADHD, anxiety, memory issues, and/or insomnia.
A user creates a goal list. A goal could be as simple as brushing one's teeth to a long term project. Goals are then broken down into events for scheduling.
Weekly View
The event schedule is deliberately limited to seven days. This is part of a behavior modification process. For people who have Anticipator Anxiety, limiting the number of days shown is an attempt to focus on the immediate needs and goals.
Persistent Reminders
Persistent Reminders - For people who are easily distracted, have memory or focus issues, persistent alerts will prompt users on a regular basis while an event is happening to help keep them on track.
Easily adjustable schedules
For people who suffer from insomnia or have dynamically shifting schedules, the UI is designed to quickly move events around the schedule and setup recurring events.
Sleep Log
Also for people with insomnia, a sleep log will be available in order to track the duration and intensity of chronic insomnia events.
The 'Load' drop list is used to edit existing goals. Don't use this if you are creating a new goal.

Routines are daily activities.
For people with memory or focus issues, create a routine and use the checklist to keep track of important daily needs.

You will be given the opportunity to rate your sleep, including 'none' in case you didn't.
The Sleep Log will graphically show your sleep entries. The events are displayed by week, with date navigation at the top. Sleep entries are color coded by the sleep (or lack of) quality set on the sleep entry.
